Facing south, on the edge of Monte-Carlo Bay’s famous sand-bottomed lagoon and overlooking the Mediterranean, you can enjoy light and inventive cuisine which pays tribute to seasonal produce.
Restaurant re-opened on the 9th of May 2011 welcomes you every day for every day for lunch, for fresh and cheery seasonal food.
It is not simply a restaurant where you can pop in for a refreshing lunch or indulge in the special Lebanese night experience on a “steamy” night, it is a wonderful celebration of summer flavours, colours and aromas.
The menu at Las Brisas has an abundance of salads, grilled fish and meat, all prepared simply with just a touch of the special Marcel Ravin quirkiness. For starters, let’s mention the Old-fashioned locally-grown tomatoes and olive oil burrata, and the fun salad of quinoa, chicken / papaya / fennel / coconut / mint or the spicy octopus salad.
As for the grill…Your wish is their command! Whole sea bass and sea bream, lobsters and crayfish, swordfish steaks and calamari on skewers served with crushed potatoes, herbs and olives, steamed vegetables, and sauce vierge with mango. Or how about black rice with seaweed? Crazy mixtures creating truly mouthwatering experience.
In the kitchen, team is busy preparing Angus beef rib steak, mashed potato, sucrine lettuce & choron sauce or Rack of lamb from the Aveyron, vegetable tian and fried panisse, thyme gravy, or even Local Boy “Crab cake, scampi, ribs”.
If you don’t feel like experimenting but rather go for classics: fish &chips or hamburgers won’t disappoint even the most spoiled food lover.
Crispy red fruit cannelloni, mint sorbet or Strawberries in a lavender infusion will bring the meal to a deliciously fruity end.
Café gourmande – traditional treat of coffee with little sweets is definitely a hit and must be tried.

Every Friday from 12 July to 30 August, Summer Dinings immerse you in a Lebanese ambiance with the following programme: Lebanese dinner, shisha and Oriental dancers.
Summer Dinings propose a selection of Lebanese appetizers followed by a live barbecue including fish, lobster and rib steaks. Finally, complete your evening by enjoying a shisha on the terrace of Las Brisas, between the sea and the stars.
